AP Professionals has partnered with a food distribution company located South of Rochester, looking to add a Supply Chain Coordinator to the team. This is a newly created position due to growth! This individual will be responsible for offering support to the supply chain team by tracking procurement orders and monitoring inventory status. Candidates must have at least 1 year of professional experience and a positive attitude!

This is a Full Time opportunity with hours of 8am- 5pm.

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.


  • Manage procurement orders and update status of PO each week
  • Regulate the process from order placement to delivery
  • Prepare regular monthly reports and vendor shipment reports
  • Update inventory status
  • Maintain transportation reports
  • Work with sales, operations, purchasing, and logistics teams
  • General support to the Supply Chain team


  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Experience with ERP- Sage is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • General knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Ability to multi task and work cross functionally
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
