As Accounting Coordinator, your role is built upon general accounting but you have the opportunity to be part of the heartbeat of the company; touching all departments and operations, ensuring revenues and expenses are correct.

  • Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts:
    • Billing customers
    • Accounts receivable
    • Analyzing profit and loss statements
  • Reconcile jobs, contracts and reports to ensure accurate reporting
  • Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure our hard work is compensated for
  • Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Assists company personnel, customers and others with resolution of problems

Associate's degree in a business-related field


Minimum of one year of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of accounting software
