Description

AP Professionals has partnered with a well known healthcare company looking for an Administrative coordinator who will be working within the purchasing department. This role has an IMMEDIATE NEED! This is a Temporary, on site position with the hours of 8:00 - 4:30, and pay rate is $16.50/hr.

*This position requires Vaccination*

Responsibilities

  • Calling on companies for confirmations of orders
  • Entering orders into their system called Flowcast
  • Scanning purchase orders into the system
  • Following up with customers
  • Data entry, etc

Experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft office experience
  • 1+ years of previous office experience
