Description

AP is currently seeking an experienced individual to join their client’s team running their HubSpot platform and working in the capacity of Marketing Automation Specialist.  This is located on the Westside of Rochester, is full time with hours of 8-5.   The preferred candidate will have experience in managing a marketing automation tool, building successful workflows, and creating effective digital assets. This is a temp-hire position with pay between $20-22 hourly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrator and manager of company’s marketing automation solution (HubSpot) and become subject matter expert
  • Implement and monitor automated email workflows for current and future customers, subscribers, and event registrants (list segmentation, landing page and forms)
  • Create email sequences for the Sales team’s prospecting efforts and effectively communicate where and how to access the templates
  • Monitor and report on overall program performance to develop understanding for lead lifecycle resulting in higher qualified leads passed to the sales team
  • Develop and deploy workflows, individual emails, and recurring newsletters to communicate internally and externally about announcements, upcoming events and new content
  • Manages deliverability and email reputation to ensure best practices are maintained
  • Ensure proper integration between the HubSpot and Salesforce databases to maintain data integrity of both systems
  • Help to grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a multi-channel approach
  • Assists in maintaining database health, functionality, and completeness
  • May assist in website updates, changes and additions manually, or in collaboration with agency partners
  • Assist in administration and management of all other marketing technology solutions used within the department

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Experience

  • 2-4 years of marketing automation experience
  • Proficient in Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred), and integration between the platform and CRM (Salesforce, preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Strong reporting skills
  • Strong editing skills, preferred
  • Must have an attention to detail when creating content and proofreading before publishing
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in WordPress, a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Team-oriented, individual with a passion for building businesses and brands
