Customer Support Specialist

AP Professionals has partnered with a company who is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team!! This individual will receive valuable training and acquire skills that will lead to a rewarding career in the title industry, good pay and excellent benefits. This individual will also be part of an enjoyable and encouraging team that contributes to several areas across the business. This is a Temporary Position that is located Downtown and includes free parking. Pay rate for this role is $15/hr.

• Provide support to internal teams as well as customers (customer support primarily via email)
• Process and distribute work orders
• Research and resolve client issues
• Work with outside vendors
• Prepare client invoice information
• Scan and archive files

• Industry experience welcome but not required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proof of COVID vaccination required
