This position is hands-on, full cycle HR role that provides support to the company. This role provides, but is not limited to - providing exceptional internal customer support, executing people initiatives, coaching, and making sure the administrative portion of the HR department is functioning at an excellent level.   • Processes payroll and any payroll changes independently and works closely with the finance department to facilitate report processing and provide other payroll information as needed.
  • Conducts all benefit administration during open enrollment time periods.
  • Handles complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations for resolution.
  • Leads all recruiting efforts through full life cycle recruiting across all departments.
  • Participates in and helps facilitate employee development initiatives through annual review process tracking and on-going employee training as necessary.
  • Conducts and coordinates all new hire onboarding, as well as leading all employee offboarding/exit interviews.


  • Bachelor's Degree, required.
  • aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification, preferred.


  • 3-5 years in multi-discipline HR environment. This would include proven success with team member relations, recruitment, training, safety, and compensation.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Working knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and shift priorities on demand, with attention to detail
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
