Resolves HR/Payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Provides HR/Payroll information by answering questions and requests. Maintains HRIS operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains employee confidence and protects HR/Payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Interfaces and provides system support to HR/Payroll or Human Capital Management (HCM) SAP users.
Managing(HCM) SAP users.
Coordination of the daily flow of HR/Payroll/HCM related information.
Standard and ad hoc report generation.
Timely and accurate reporting and payment of all payroll taxes; processing Federal, State and Local payments in a deadline driven environment.
Assist with SAP HR/Payroll/HCM system testing.
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience.
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax deposit frequencies and tax returns.
Working knowledge of all payroll tax returns and due dates.
