AP Professionals is seeking a savvy marketing professional that understands all aspects of the B2B marketing mix including marketing automation, e-commerce, inbound and outbound marketing, SEO, social media management and blogging, technical content development, PR and media relations. Need a well-organized and strong technical writer familiar with making the complex simple for distribution via multiple channels. The position reports to the company's Marketing Director and will be responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day strategic and task-based marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager regularly interacts with the sales force, business development, customer success, engineering and management teams, providing the opportunity for great visibility.


  • Planning and executing for digital marketing campaigns; developing and managing the creation of the content required by those campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Create, deploy, maintain, and track drip and nurture campaigns within a B2B marketing automation system.
  • Responsible for creating and supporting SEO, digital advertising, blog, video, organic and paid social media content
  • Develop and maintain customer messaging maps for e-commerce platform
  • Create marketing materials, including, but not limited to:
    • Print and digital collateral
    • Presentations and proposals
    • Digital advertisements and infographics
    • Webinars and hosted customer events
    • Videos
    • Business cards and stationery
    • Trade show materials including banners
    • Email blasts
  • Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge and mastery of customer persona profiles
  • Provide competitive analysis support as well as industry research
  • Responsible for implementing and driving marketing programs for resellers
  • Develop an expert understanding of our product buying audience and the markets we serve
  • Become a subject matter expert of the products and services
  • Coordinate events, including trade shows, customer events, internal events
  • Keep track of marketing spending within an outlined budget


BS of Marketing preferred


minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B technology/software environment

  • Ability to digest and distill technical content into easy-to-understand business materials

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of marketing principles

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) sales and marketing understanding
  • Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence
  • Outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet project deadlines with attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to participate, learn and contribute
  • Compliance with ITAR/Export Control regulations, which can be demonstrated by US citizenship
