The receptionist position is temp to perm with a company located in the Brighton-Henrietta area of Rochester. This is an in-office opportunity where COVID precautions are in place. This position requires the ability to handle high volume calls, and the pay is $15/hr.


  • Answer 400+ calls/day and dispatch to the appropriate company division/location, ensuring high customer service and quick response times
  • Scan and accurately index customer invoices
  • Open and sort mail delivered at Headquarters and distribute to the appropriate team/colleague
  • Train back-up support to assist, when needed


  • At least 1 year of office experience
  • 1-3 years experience answering and dispatching calls in extremely high-volume environments
  • Reliable daily transportation to branch location, is a must
