Description

Our client is one of the nation’s largest distributors of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical supplies. They have over 350 employees with 15 locations, including 7 showroom locations, across Western New York and Pennsylvania. For over 50 years, they have proudly served residential customers as well as contractors and municipalities across a variety of industries. They offer the home automation and latest kitchen cabinetry, countertops, bath & kitchen plumbing products and lighting.

Seeking to hire a Recruiter with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our Rochester branch. This position can accommodate a hybrid schedule and will assist our Recruiting & Engagement Specialist with high-volume recruiting for all 15 of our branches and 7 showrooms.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and engage with passive candidates through various recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to fill open positions quickly.
  • Review resumes, schedule and conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Utilize and manage the ATS (iSolvedHire) to move candidates through Recruiting Workflow Process.
  • Follow up with candidates on outstanding items to ensure recruiting process moves forward timely and efficiently.
  • Participate in frequent touchpoints to obtain market trends and feedback.
  • Identify and build relationships with local career networks (i.e., trade schools, colleges, high schools, etc.).
  • Coordinate temp to hire conversions with managers and ensure outstanding items are completed prior to conversion.
  • Prepare offer letters and handle employee onboarding activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
