  • Find new candidates using firm advertising tools and avenues
  • Qualify new candidates using interview techniques and assessment tools
  • Input and mange an applicant tracking system for record keeping and data management
  • Assess clients’ needs with onsite visits and intake calls
  • Foster existing client base
  • Facilitate Offer and Acceptances, helping with negotiations and open questions
  • Successfully work with a veteran team to continue AP successes


  • 4 year degree from an accredited college or university, business focus preferred


  • 1-5+ years of experience, public accounting or sales preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Ability to problem solve, customer facing experience preferred
  • Team player
