This position, which reports to the Corporate Controller, is responsible for the accuracy and reporting of certain expense categories for all North American business units such as legal expenses and intercompany accounts.  All work requires the application of established accounting principles, practices and procedures and complies with GAAP. • Preparation of month end journal entries pertaining to Prepaids, Intangible and Other Assets, Accrued Expenses.
• Monthly reconciliations, reports and analytics for department heads and upper management.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
• Daily revenue three-way match for BU’s reporting out of the Rochester location.
• Preparation of fixed asset reporting for certain non-Corporate North America BUs.
• Tracking and reporting of company-wide legal costs.
• Preparation of monthly lease entries for lease accounting.
• Assist with certain monitoring internal control procedures.
• Provides information to internal and external financial auditors.

• Bachelors in Accounting.

• Minimum 5 years experience with exposure to manufacturing industry.
• Experience within a public company and SOX beneficial.

• Proficient with Excel and multi-site ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to change.
