AP Professionals has partnered with a company who is in need of 2 Support Coordinators! This role is built upon general accounting but you have the opportunity to be part of the heartbeat of the company; touching all departments and operations, ensuring revenues and expenses are correct for the team and for the customers. This position is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 days at home. This is a Direct hire position that pays $20/hr.


  • Work in conjunction with operations to accurately report production per our contracts: Billing customers, Accounts receivable & Analyzing profit and loss statements
  • Reconcile jobs, contracts and reports to ensure accurate reporting
  • Produce and submit customer invoices to make sure our hard work is compensated for
  • Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Assists company personnel, customers and others with resolution of problems


  • Experience with accounting, general ledger, and job costing
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software
