The Contract Recruiter is a 4 month opportunity paying between $25-30/hr. depending upon experience. This is a great contract position offering experience and exposure to recruiting and HR  support!


  • Partner with hiring managers to effectively understand requisitions, find talent that aligns with the manager’s vision (technically and culturally), and guide managers through the hiring process
  • In conjunction with management and marketing, develop attractive job postings
  • Initiate the job requisition request process from start to finish including job postings, phone screening, participating in interviews, etc.
  • Leverage the company’s existing tools and platforms such as ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels, while maintaining accurate records for all recruiting activities
  • Ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and remarkable experience
  • Maintain proactive communication with all parties (hiring manager, HR team, etc.) as to progress of recruitment and placement efforts
  • Work closely with the HR team to understand the company’s benefits and perks for candidate education
  • Deliver employment offers while adhering to regulatory and company standards
  • May participate in the aspects of new employee onboarding experience
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and work on projects as needed


  • Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred


  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting/sourcing for positions at all levels, preferred
